How this happens TO Me (I don't know if this happens to anyone else as I've asked my friends and they don't know this bug): Let's say I started up my computer and clicked to open Chrome and put some music with YT or Spotify in the background. I do some work and later I open Minecraft and launch it. I press the Windows Key to leave MC and change the YT song, come back, and for some reason, the rendering becomes broken like on those pictures.

It's not the resource pack- plus it is compatible since 1.13 only takes in resource packs that are "4"
Resource Packs with "3" or less will get taken off automatically.

I did put my Debug Crash. It's in the description; it's a pastebin link to avoid spam in this thread.
If you want to not look for it in a dreadfully long description (sarcasm), here it is:

It's no longer happening since it only happens in Fullscreen. I use the other option now, and it doesn't happen. However I think it still happens in Fullscreen mode, but i don't know if this has been fixed.
Try disabling the incompatible resourcepacks and see if the issue persists.
