Dirt Texture in Menu Background Slightly off on Pick Resource Pack Screen

So, this is a difficult bug to describe, so here's a gif (attached as well). Try to look to the left and right of next to the "Open Resource Pack Folder" and "Done" buttons. It changes whether I'm in the options menu or in the resource menu.
