1.13 realm keeps crashing

My friends and I brought a 1 month subscription realm from the official minecraft page. When we got it, I was very excited. My friends and I played on it for days, but then one day an issue occurred. The realm crashed for some unknown reason. We've tried numerous times to join back, but it says an error occurred. Please fixed this issue assap.
