right click action on a block takes precedence over reeling in a fishing rod

The "reel in" right click action of fishing rods should take precedence over accessing/right clicking functional blocks, such as trap doors, since currently the way it is now allows the major exploit of afk fish farming. Since players can't be prevented from using external methods of holding down their keys or mouse buttons, an in game method is necessary to render such methods useless. An alternative option is to have the reel in function and casting function require separate clicks, in other words, holding down the right mouse button will not spam casting/reeling back in, rendering afk methods completely ineffective.
