[MC-136362] Piston, observer, and slime block based elevators

I built an elevator in 1.12 and it is surrounded by leaves and some note blocks. The elevator was working perfectly in previous version but when i did the 1.13 conversion it's bugged. I will attach the structure which is the 1.13 😞 . I tried oppening the structure that has the elevator using structure blocks to have it in 1.12 but it was bugged.

I gave as much information I could. i built actually 2 but both are bugged.

Noteblocks now attach to slime blocks.

Noteblocks are only at the bottom where the elevator doesnt even reach

Since 1.13, leaves change their blockstate when the distance to a log changes. As such, the observers trigger too often. Replace the logs in the elevator with anything else and the elevator will work again.

Oh, also note that since 1.13 noteblocks are movable. Your elevator still works, but it will destroy some leaves (and the buttons) along the way. Replace the noteblocks with non-movable blocks such as furnaces, or with glazed terracotta to avoid this.
