[MC-136399] Turtle stuck in boat

Also on my multiplayer server or in solo on my computer, some turtles are spawning on boats and are trapped in.

MC-126023 Turtles seem to get on an empty boat and be unable to move unless beaten by the player. They even move with the boat if the player uses it. Resolved

You can just break the boat to get them out. Every mob can enter a boat but can't leave it without breaking it. I don't see a problem here.
