My game freezes whenever i enter a world or a server

So like my problem started happening before like two months or around it, i used to play normally for a while but suddenly the problem happened i tried to change my video settings the render distance and some other stuff but it didn't work i reinstalled minecraft but it still didn't work i also tried to play with minecraft windows 10 version and it was working correctly i tried to play minecraft from another launcher too and it worked as well but it still don't work on the main launcher i hope to have my problem solved as soon as possible
