I Don't know how some of you got mod/helper if this is how you provide customer support honestly shocked at this terrible service. First off I am being completly ignored/ all my questions ignored, then you provide generic response that makes no sense at all. Like how can I play MC two days ago but now my pc can't handle it? Provide some explanation of how that is even possible because it is not even feasible so either
a) provide proper response with actual feedback or
B) stop being a mod/helper if you cannot provide customer service

m I do not know who hired you but they 100% made a mistake and just because it is a bug tracker doesn't mean there's no customer service here. Are you not talking to people that purchased a game that your helping resolve bugs in? Yes, yes you are making it Customer service I also doubt minecraft requires more extensive hardware requirements then Wow, or LoL which both run without issues but whatever can't argue with a person hiding behind a screen that doesn't even understand the basics of customer service.
This is a bug tracker. You will find no customer service at this place here. You're running the game with hardware that's way below the minimum requirements. Maybe you were just lucky that it ran before. We really can't help you with that if your computer doesn't even meet the minimum hardware requirements.
