[MC-136572] Errors in Illumination in Minecraft

Hi, I was doing an Invention with Commands in Minecraft 1.13.1, but when I was apparently the redstone lamps were almost black without lighting, and it happened to me in other worlds, that error became annoying because I could not see different areas of the map, Can you solve it? Here I have an Evidence (They are not black blocks, view the Image)
It was daylight .

(This I wrote in a Translator, I speak Spanish)

I just formatted my PC I do not have the World! Look more closely at the Image and you will see that it is not a lie, not even the illumination of the Redstone lamps give you, solve that for the 1.13.2
