I have a large sorting system with a ton of hoppers. The hoppers will disconnect from the chests, etc. If I destroy the hopper and place it again, it works fine. It seems like after awhile, they disconnect again.

The world size far exceeds the limits to which I can upload. The zipped file is 145MB. I'm only allowed to upload 10MB.
Use something like mcedit to cut all chunks that are not needed, leaving only the ones with the chests

The sorting system is around 297 58 454
Also, we have noticed the issue in other places. My friend noticed that when we look at where the hopper is connected to the chest from above, there is a slightly larger gap when it's disconnected.
Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.15, or the latest pre-release 1.15.1-pre1) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.
