Launcher crash on start Fedora linux

Im running fresh installation of minecraft on fresh installation fedora 28 and after running "./launcher" in terminal i get this error:
Invalid file descriptor to ICU data received.
Illegal instruction (core dumped)

I tried the solution here but it did not help.

This is cause by a problem with permissions, you will need to chmod and chown them to your own user https://github.com/GoogleChrome/puppeteer/issues/2519
