[MC-13684] Dog with a leash glitch.

If you get a rope, and put it on a dog while it is sitting. It will just follow you around while it is sitting, essentially making it look like it's hovering.

It's not really much of a glitch. If you put a dog on a leash and walk away from it in real life, the dog will get dragged along with you. Literally, you're dragging the sitting dog along the ground. It makes sense.

Basically, what would you have it do? Stay stationary and snap the leash?
