Standing on a Boat Accelerates Hunger Depletion

Issue:

When the player dismounts a boat and stands still on top of it, the hunger bar depletes at a faster pace than normal.

This is most apparent when the player has a high level of exhaustion, such as after sprinting.

Recreating the issue:

This bug can be recreated by achieving a high level of exhaustion (note that exhaustion is represented as twitching/pulsating drumsticks in the hunger bar) through, e.g., jumping and running simultaneously, followed by entering a boat, then dismounting the boat and standing still. Finally, observe the hunger bar.

Notes:

The bug is only in effect when said boat floats on water.

The bug is still in play even if the player has a low level of exhaustion. It only takes extra time to reach the given, visible effect.
