gamerule doFireTick does not work in Nether, End

The doFireTick gamerule is set on Overworld when commands are used, but fire ticking checks rules for block's world.

Lava starts fires in Nether when close to wood when fire ticking is off, and the fire spreads and destroys things.

Cannot confirm. The doFireTick gamerule prevents fires from spreading in the Nether and the End as expected.

@carpet0928 Try it on a multiplayer server that has players in both realms, rather than local game.

Otherwise, I wrote a plugin to fix it for the server I'm playing on, so as not to wait a year for the next update.
