If you hold item in your offhand (like torches) and it's not a full stack, shift clicking on more torches does not put them in your offhand

For instance, take 64 torches (this happens no matter what the item and how many items there are) put 40 torches in your offhand and the reminded keep in your hotbar, then press shift and right click on the 20 other torches, these torches have to go into the offhand, but instead they go strait into your inventory...
