[MC-137069] Dispensers in the recipe book

When attempting to craft a dispenser via clicking on the recipe, a dropper is instead "crafted" in your crafting interface.

I'm unsure. I was able to craft the dispenser by manually putting the bow into the interface, so I assume so.

Same thing happened to my friend on our server.
