Serious Dedication bug

I've just completely used up (broke) a diamond hoe, however Serious Dedication Advancement is still locked. The diamond hoe had no enchantments.

Practically just the opposite of Serious Dedication bug already reported. If the advancement trigger is connected to wrong conditions (e. g. using up any tool BUT diamond hoe), then you can merge both reports together.
