Yesterday I was playing minecraft java edition and I was mining but I couldn't pick up blocks and the blocks got restored at the same place due to a bug and after some time it stopped and I thought that I won't experience that bug again but it happened today also.

I started playing Java Edition version 1.13.1. I experienced extreme lag making the game unplayable. After a couple of restarts trying to fix the issue, I switched back to version 1.13 and the lag was gone and the system played as expected.
