I have to go into task manage and end the launcher task to get the game to run past the java symbol on launch. "java(TM) Platform SE binary is not responding" happens when i click on it otherwise.

Even with it off it happpens; its tied to the launcher. I know from checking task manager. The launcher won't turn off even when the game kicks on for some stupid reason; stuck on the mojang symbol.

sry, my bad I thout i could keep your spirit up, but it seems that my atempt failed
But seriously, have you tried runnig the launcher/game as an adminstrator and tried if any app like discord can be the problem? often apps that automaticly lanch in the background when you turn on you PC can be the problem

However, this issue is Invalid.
Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.
Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
