This glitch happens when I try to spawn mobs with /summon command. If I spawn enough mobs, some will not spawn corrently and will be stuck in the place where they were spawned. These mobs cannot be killed but they will despawn if the player travels far enough from them. Here is a picture:

Is this still an issue in the most recent versions (currently that is 1.13.2, or the latest snapshot 18w48b) of Minecraft? If so, please update the affected versions and help us keeping this ticket updated from time to time. If you are the owner/reporter of this ticket, you can modify the affected version(s) yourself.
Also happens rarely if there is a very large amount of mobs in a world and all the mobs are teleported to the same location.
