What I expected to happen was...:
I thought that i could play in my 1.13.1 world in the newest snapshot what I couldn't
What actually happened was...:
My game crashed
Steps to Reproduce:
1. start minecraft
2. open a survival world you already played on in 1.13.1 or lower
3. and you will get a crash report
