I Have Gave Myself All The Recipes In Minecraft, Typed In The Search Bar "Suspicious Stew" And Got No Result, This Item is Missing In The Creative inventory, And When I Gave it to myself using give command and ate it few times, no effect were caused at all

Suspicious stew only gives effects when crafted. You can craft it with a bowl, a brown mushroom, a red mushroom, and a flower. MC-137560 is the issue regarding it not being in the creative menu.
