when using a loom, if you put a stack(16) of banners into it and dye them, you only get 8 back out. it also consumes 16 dye so it is as if you are actually dying 16 banners, but you only recieve 8

Tested this briefly - when a stack of more than one banner is placed in a loom along with dye and you take out a banner, it removes two banners from the stack you have placed in the slot.
