Vindicators sometimes get stuck in their attack animation

What I Expected to Happen: After the vindicator is done attacking it puts it's axe away instantly

What Actually Happened: Vindicators can get stuck in their attacking animation even when are too far away for them to see you. sometimes they can even see you through walls and glass and they can gather up in the floor above you in the woodland mansion.
