[MC-137856] Bugs Minecraft snapshot: 14w43b

Bugs:
1. Mob "Monster robbers" can spin on the same block, though for ages, as well as other mobs from the update 14w43b.
2. Block smoothed quartz and ordinary quartz exactly the same texture
3. Too little optimization of this version, unlike others.

However, this issue is Invalid.

Please put only one bug report in each ticket. It is very difficult to keep track of bugs when they are not in their own tickets, and it is easier for you to make multiple tickets than for the mods to separate them.
