[MC-137919] Cannot run on 32 bit Windows 7

Environment

After launched 1.13.2, my game crashed and give me an error, something like java:OutOfMemory. How could I fix it? I know Windows 7 32 bit is very old, but with 1.13.1 the game runs perfectly.
