Leaves drop either 2 or no sticks but never 1

The changelog only says

Leaves now have a small chances to drop sticks.

Do you have a source which says they should drop a single stick?

I do not. It just seems like leaves shouldn't drop 2 sticks every single time. It should be 0-2. If this makes the report invalid then alright do what you have to do

Alright, leaving it open, I changed the summary to hopefully point that out a little bit better.

You don't have to remove older affected versions when it affects a newer one. Just added the newer one. This way it is easier to tell when the bug first appeared.
