When u stand in the same place u placed bamboo and used bone meal to grow that up quickly the bamboo gonna grow up through u can jump to go through the bamboo up

That "glitch" has existed for a long time, and it has previously only been possible with doors and trapdoors, and I don't think Mojang will fix it, since they have already known about it for multiple years.
