Villagers didn't run away from pillagers unlike the vindicator and evoker

I was going to test out the excitingly new features about the Villager and Pillager, but when I spawn a short mess of villagers and put at least one pillager or so at a time, then the villagers literally didn't run away from those mobs, unlike the vindicator and the evoker.
