Any time I shoot a special (poison) arrow from a crossbow, it doesn't do anything. It shows the effects, but it doesn't do damage/heals.
Environment
I am using a PC with Minecraft Java edition, snapshot 18w43c with poison arrows shot from a crossbow onto a sheep.
