[MC-138484] Loading the game takes much longer

Loading times at the intro screen for 18w43c have taken a severe hit. On my system, it typically takes 25-35 seconds to load into the main menu, but once I loaded 18w43c, loading times took a major ht, and now the game takes at the very least a minute or more to load.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest snapshot. If so, please force a crash by pressing F3 + C for 10 seconds while in-game and attach the crash report (minecraft/crash-reports/crash-<DATE>-client.txt) here.

he delayed response, but it seems to be a non-issue now. Not sure if that's because I'm on a different computer running a different environment, but the loading screen now takes as long as I expect it to for loading.
