Restarting your game should help.

Though as far as i know this has been happening in one way or another for a very long time.

I've already done running a debug (crash viewer) but did not make any errors.

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.14 development snapshot.

It seems this not happens anymore in the 1.14 dev. version.
