[MC-138567] Button, Snow-Layer, Ladder, Tripwire-Hook, Lever, Torch, Vines, Fences, Walls, Iron-Bars and Glass-Panes can connect to Stonecutters

The bug

Button, Snow-Layer, Ladder, Tripwire-Hook, Lever, Torch, Vines, Fences, Walls, Iron-Bars and Glass-Panes can connect to Stonecutters, but not to any Type of other Slab, so the shouldnt be able to connect to Stonecutters because this Block also have the Look and the Size of a Slab.

please give more describing reason for why that is a bug, and maybe come up with an alturnative, not tryng to be mean, but the report may need to be a bit more clear

Fences, walls do not connect to "transparent blocks". These are "almost always" blocks that are not full, such as slabs, the open side of stairs, glass, and so on. The stone-cutter is obviously not a "full block", and would fall into the group of "transparent blocks." That fences, walls, and glass panes would connect with it would be surprising. It is pretty definitely a bug unless there is an explicit reason given for this non-full block to allow connections.
