"How did we get there" doesn't require Blindness and Saturation.

You can get the advancement "How did we get there" without the effect "Blindness" or "Saturation", but you can obtain these effects with suspicious stew in survival. (see screenshot)

How to reproduce : Create a new world, use command /effect give @p minecraft:<effect> 999 1 multiple times to get the 23 following effects :

-Absorption

-Dolphin's Grace

-Fire Resistance

-Glowing

-Haste

-Hunger

-Invisibility

-Jump Boost

-Levitation

-Mining Fatigue

You'll get the advancement, without having "Blindness" or "Saturation" effects.
