"Fullscreen Resolution" setting cannot be adjusted

Everyone having this issue:

Still in 19w06a on MacOS Mojave. Cannot use the full screen slider, either in the MacOS default full screen mode (which makes the game play in 4K which is not optimal), when the full screen option in-game is turned on or when in windowed mode. Crash report manually triggered and attached here.
