[MC-138840] Error: Game runs out of memory 1.13.2, 1.13.1 it's running.

When I want to play 1.13.2 and press Play the game starts, and then it thinks to crash with an out of memory error. I run Windows 7 32 bit, my pc is old but I don't think it's a problem, because with 1.13.1 the game running fine.

And I read other issues about this, but I still have this problem, I know type -Xss320k is a solution, but it doesn't work for me and I don't know another way to solve this.
