Buckets do not maintain their CustomModelData status when placing/picking up liquids

Steps to Reproduce

1. Download the resource pack contained below

2. Give yourself a water bucket using

   /give @s water_bucket{CustomModelData:1}

3. See that said water bucket looks like a dirt block

4. Place the water bucket
   -> The bucket does not maintain the CustomModelData of the water bucket, so it now has CustomModelData of 0, instead of the value of 1, which would have made it look like dirt as well.

Notes:

• The same goes for fish buckets, lava buckets, and milk buckets.

• It also is the same both ways- both picking up and placing down removes the CustomModelData.
