Minecraft Crashed when joining world at multiplayer server and when loading a Resource pack

when i play on Hypixel server,and select a game to play (example:build battle) it crashed my game and i do it again,it lag and not crashed. when loading a Resource pack for blocking dead ,it lag for 20 second and work normally,i play again and crashed
