[MC-138972] minecraft 1.13.1 keeps crashing

Environment

Everytime that I try to open minecraft 1.13.1 on my mac running osx 10.10.5 yosemite the client crashes. I can play in 1.12 just fine. Attatched is the crash report form the game.

If you have additional information, please add it to that report.
Please search before reporting, as it's likely that one exists already.

Also, we currently only take issues for version 1.13.2 and the latest snapshot.
