Ok, so just logged in to check out the new update and noticed that blocks were missing around the spawn build. Don't think it was griefing because we have spawn protection but could have been unintentional however the thing that tipped me to thinking it could be something else is that we had custom villagers as shops which have been there for months and whilst I was editing a function to tp the new pilagers to the void around spawn, I left the area by using TP and then when I returned, the villagers were missing.

Please create a new report with a backup of the world from a version where the blocks do not disappear.
Just got one of our builders on to fix the spawn. Flew away for a while, flew back to check on his progress and noticed the villagers have re-appeared. The builder could not have re-spawned them as he does not have the scripts.
Rendering glitch?
