Firework always points in the direction you are facing

When placing a firework rocket onto the ground or firing it with the use of a crossbow, the tip of it will always face in the direction you are facing. If you are looking down, it will face down. If you are looking forward, it will face forward. If you look in another direction while the rocket entity is deployed, it will change the direction it faces to match whatever direction you are facing.
