Minecraft crashes in every version I have tested, I already tried to reinstall Minecraft with disabled Firewall and Antivirus. I also restarted the Computer. I tried Minecraft versions 1.12-1.13.2.
The error message says:
The game crashed whilst initializing gameError: java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: Failed to locate library: lwjgl.dll
