[MC-139264] Cant join any server stuck on joining world

I am struggling to play minecraft. its been like this for a few days. i sometimes get stuck on the mojang screen. And the worst part is that i cant join any servers or start singleplayer world. its stuck where it says joining world. please help me 😃

Does your game say "Not Responding" ? Or is there a crash?

If i start doing something else its says not responding but if i dont do eanything it stays on joining world
