Nether Chunks with blocks or mushrooms on the ceiling will be regenerated

In older worlds with a Nether that has Mushrooms or blocks placed above the ceiling the chunks will be regenerated as new again.

Do you have a backup of the world from an earlier version (before 1.14)? If so, please attach (or provide a download link of) the world here so we can reproduce the issue.

My world was generated in 2010 and is just over 300mb. What can I do to make it small enough to attach? 

I mean 30mb
