[MC-139350] in 18W45a can't dye shulker boxes

for whatever reason, in the newest snapshot, I can't dye shulker boxes. I may as well be trying to dye a weapon.

huh strange I searched for the issue before... whatever. so long as it's gonna get fixed, im happy. btw, will that be in the next snapshot, a few after that, or in the full release of 1.14?
