Mouse is briefly visible if you quickly look left and then right

Cannot Reproduce

Basically, if you very quickly look left and right, the actual computer mouse (the pointer) becomes visible on the right side. It appears, then disappears very quickly.

It happens alot more often in earlier versions, mainly in 1.12

Happens more commonly when I'm using forge, but I just got the bug in 1.13.2
