Can't place lantern on iron bars

This is still an issue in 19w04b. You can place a lantern on a block or from a block, the same with fences, but you cannot hang a lantern from iron bars. 

Is this a function as intended? Seems weird to not allow lanterns to be hung from irons bars, especially considering they are made from iron!

This seriously needs to be fixed it’s so annoying you can’t place them on top of iron bars either
