When riding a horse, the heart meter does not have a texture.
Tried reinstalling Minecraft.
Still like that.

Mine has been resolved.
I was using a texture pack of 1.5, that is in MC-14044.
Using the normal texture will bring the heart meter texture of the horse.
Texture packs of 1.5 and older does not show the texture of the horses heart.
This ticket has been marked as a duplicate of MC-14044, in favor of the better description/information provided.
