Crops are spawning in sand and not in dirt. Water is also some what gone in villages.

What I expected to happen was...:

Everything in villages to be normal and not spawn crops in sand. 

What actually happened was...:

some of the water next to crops were gone and replaced with sand. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to villages in sandy areas
2. Look for crops 
3. Find the water and crops misplaced.
