When I try running minecraft snapshot 18w47a, the newest one with new textures when I try running it lags the game to the point of not being able to move, but every few seconds. Usually in any other version, before the new textures I was able to have 60 fps constantly. Even when I try allocating up to 4 or 8 GB to run it it still runs slow, just slightly faster but with the same problems, in any other version it only takes 2 GB allocated data to run it, could it just be i have to run it for a bit?

I don't think the poster modified -Xss, the crash report is what I added as im experiencing the same issues with this version.
my CPU met the minimum requirements for all other versions of the game, is 1.14 going to require a better CPU?
1) Allocating more RAM doesnt make the game lag less, usually the contrary
2) Dont modify -Xss
3) Dont allocate all your physical ram to the game, that just going to cause either game or windows to rely on swap, and thats super slow
4) I dont think your CPU meets the minimum requirements? Are you using a integrated GPU too?
